The search function now does 3 things:

1) Searches Topic titles for the text
2) Searches Tags for the text, then finds all topics for that tag
3) Searches Paragraph titles for the text, then finds all topics which include that paragraph

Number 3 is new. This works well, and the technique could be easily extended to provide full text searching. I still have my doubts about how useful that is - but it may help when a search fails.

In which case, might be nice to do the 3 top level searches, then ONLY if these all come up blank, do a full text search (more thorough but slower).
