My most recent topic (Anaesthetic Awareness) has a reference simply typed in at the end. Fine for a single topic, but will we want in future to do fancy database-stuff with references? ie Does the wiki need a separate reference database/manager?

At the moment I think we should simply encourage a standard format for references in-text. There are more pressing areas for current development. I know ... we need the "roadmap" I keep promising!
