Hope you don't mind, but I moved your introduction to the top (copy/paste). Also, I will rename each of your paragraphs to make it self-sufficient (ie "History of NHS Mail" rather than just "History"). This is to support the shared paragraph concept.

I will look at ensuring that paragraph titles are explicit when you create a paragraph.
