At the moment (to keep things simple for me) you can only do one hyperlink per paragraph. That could be changed.

I deliberately made the search text "sticky", should I change that?

I agree that there should perhaps be a formal references section at the bottom of each Topic. Titled "References for xxx", and will look to add that.
