1. All components in situ, brakes on, power on, machine on, breathing system OK.

2. O2 from separate O2 supply. Suction > 300kPa

3. Pipeline and Cylinders. Disconnect, gauges to 0. "Standby" stops O2. Open each cylinder and check pressure. Close, pressure at 1min? Pipeline 414kPa? Interllink OK?

4. Gas flows. Basal O2 flow 25-75mL/min. Midrange and check floats. Disconnect O2, alarm?, gas shutoff?, vent alarms? Reconnect.

5. Back-pressure. O2 6L, Each vaporizer to 1% - O2 < 1L/min fall.

6. Power fail. Switch off - Alarm?

7. Alarms / ventilator. Reservoir bag on breathing system and test. Works? Low press alarm? High press alarm?

8. Low pressure leak tests. Aux on, standby, vaporizers off, Flowmeters all 1.5 turns, Bulb holds >30s, repeat with each vaporizer on at 1%
