A dynamic website is one which is interactive. This website is connected to a threaded forum (each hospital has their own), and a leave request database (each user has their own). Users can apply for leave and monitor the approval status of their own requests. Designated admin staff can approve (or deny) leave requests for each user in their department. Users can add posts to their departmental forum. The Rules
Newly registered users are immediately able to view your department forum, therefore ... 1) Posts must NEVER contain patient identifiers. 2) Posts must not use inappropriate language. 3) Posts must not be defamatory (eg. 'name-and-shame'). The Admins for your department will enforce these rules. Who runs this?
